We freeze-dry our coffee in a vacuum. No boiling means no burnt, bitter taste—just pure, smooth coffee flavor in every cup.
Grown high up where it's cooler, our beans mature slowly. This naturally creates a sweeter, richer, and more complex coffee.
We use a water-sorting method to pick only the ripest, most dense coffee cherries. The bad ones literally float away.
The amazing smell of fresh coffee usually escapes during brewing. We capture that aroma and seal it right back into our crystals.
We soak the beans to naturally remove the fruit layer. It takes more time, but it results in a much cleaner, brighter tasting coffee.

We hand-pick our beans and sort them by density to ensure only the ripest, sweetest cherries make the cut.
The beans are perfectly roasted, then actually brewed into a rich, flavorful, and highly concentrated espresso.
The fresh coffee is frozen at −50°C. In a vacuum, the ice evaporates without heat, leaving behind pure coffee crystals.
No expensive machines or filters required. The geometry of our crystals ensures instant dissolution, even in cold milk.
Take one rounded teaspoon (approx. 2g) of BCASU crystals and place it in your favorite mug.
Add 150ml of hot water (ideally 92°C, just off the boil) or cold/hot milk if you prefer an iced latte or cappuccino.
Stir briefly. The crystals will melt instantly, releasing a thick, cafe-quality aroma.
