Elaichi coffee, made the long way round. Cardamom-spiced coffee is an Indian household habit older than any instant brand — a couple of crushed green pods dropped into the pot, and the whole kitchen changes. The trouble is that cardamom’s aroma lives in an oil so volatile that it evaporates within minutes of heat, which is why spiced instants taste dusty rather than fragrant. BCASU Cardamom Masala solves it the same way we solve everything else: cold. We brew 100% single-origin Arabica, blend in natural green-cardamom aromatics with a thread of cinnamon while the liquor is still cold, then freeze it at -50°C and pull the ice away as vapour under vacuum. The oil never gets hot, so it never escapes. Open the jar and it smells like a spice tin. In the cup it is warm and rounded, gently sweet-smelling, and it takes milk exceptionally well. No sugar, no bulking agents — coffee and spice aromatics, nothing else.
Why you’ll like it
- Real green-cardamom aromatics — with a thread of cinnamon
- 100% single-origin Arabica — no Robusta filler
- -50°C vacuum freeze-drying — the spice oil never gets cooked off
- Built for milk — the closest instant gets to a proper masala coffee
- Under 5 calories per cup — with zero added sugar
- Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free & nut-free — clean by design
How to prepare
Add 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste) to your cup. Pour over hot milk for the traditional cup, or hot water if you prefer it black. For iced, dissolve in a splash of warm water first, then pour over ice.
Storage
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon — freeze-dried crystals clump if moisture gets in.
Net quantity
100 g jar — approximately 50 cups.
