Description
Full description
A mocha that is coffee first, chocolate second. Every packaged mocha mix has the same problem: it is mostly sugar and milk solids, with coffee somewhere near the bottom of the ingredient list. BCASU Belgian Mocha inverts that. The base is 100% single-origin Arabica, brewed at full strength. Into the cold liquor we blend natural dark-cocoa aromatics — the bittersweet, slightly earthy end of the cocoa spectrum rather than the milk-chocolate end — then freeze the whole thing at -50°C and sublimate the ice away under vacuum. What is left is a crystal that tastes like a good bar of 70% chocolate melted into an espresso. Rich, faintly dry on the finish, and unmistakably coffee. Add milk and it becomes a proper cafe mocha; drink it black and it reads as a chocolate-forward dark roast. No sugar, no milk solids, no cocoa butter. Just coffee and aroma.
Why you’ll like it
- Dark Belgian cocoa aromatics — bittersweet, not candy-sweet
- 100% single-origin Arabica — no Robusta filler
- -50°C vacuum freeze-drying — zero burnt aftertaste
- Works black or with milk — two very different cups from one jar
- Under 5 calories per cup — with zero added sugar
- Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free & nut-free — clean by design
How to prepare
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (adjust to taste) to your cup. Pour over hot water for a black mocha, or hot milk for a cafe-style one. For iced, dissolve in a splash of warm water first, then pour over ice and top with cold milk.
Storage
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon — freeze-dried crystals clump if moisture gets in.
Net quantity
100 g jar — approximately 50 cups.
